The plumbing business has unfortunately been plagued by the existence of rogue plumbers
who do not abide by approved regulatory standards. These plumbers tend to generate more problems than they fix, ripping off the public at the same time. Regulations are in place so that plumbing engineers can do their jobs safely and correctly, however there will always be scam plumbers who will take short cuts and may endanger their clients with their shoddy work.
